I created The Calm Parent Pathway because honestly, I couldn’t find anything that actually spoke to what this feels like… raising neurodivergent kids while your own nervous system is hanging by a thread.
The exhaustion isn’t just tiredness. It’s that deep, nervous-system exhaustion that makes even the easy days feel heavy. The constant pressure to keep everything and everyone going. The emotional weight of holding so much that no one else sees. I’ve lived it too.
And I didn’t want another course that told me to just take a deep breath or be more patient.
I wanted something that made it all make sense - why this feels so hard - and gave me small, practical tools I could use in real life, even when I was already done.
